The server from the Philippines was the best, and the burgers were amazing. The beer was cold and phenomenal.

The room was roomy and really comfortable, and our stay at Hotel Soma was made much easier by receptionist Sharon. We ran into a situation at check-in, and she stayed patient and helpful the whole time. I’m very grateful to her. I’d highly recommend the branches in Nuuk and Ilulissat.

I had an early flight from Nuuk, so they offered to arrange a taxi and have sandwiches ready for my trip. The restaurant team were incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the receptionists were kind and helpful. My room was clean and nice too. I loved every moment here and can’t think of anything bad to say about my experience.

I stayed one night in Room 6 on 10/11/25. There were bed bugs in the room and in my bed, and the bed itself was poor quality.

Good hotel in a good location. When a cruise ship was docked, they played a golf game on a 50 foot screen at 100db, which was an issue. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault, though.
