The staff are the rudest, and the clients are the most disturbing. I’m a local and live next to the house they sell as an overpriced “villa.” They don’t even respect or inform their clients about the legal quiet hours. They arrange illegal airport transfers and illegal car rentals. Most reviews are from the owner’s friends, family members, and employees. Check for yourself, it’s all public information. I wouldn’t recommend it. The owner never cared enough to fix any issues, even though he knows about the problems, and never tried to contact me. The only contact was when employees started speaking “badly” after being instructed about the quiet times, in front of their clients. They even told the clients to do the same to the neighboring homes. Edit: 25/08. Okay, fair enough, the problem SEEMS to have been fixed, so I’ll update the review. Never mind ^^^ Edit: 27/08. After TWO attempts from me to contact the owner of this business, sharing my phone number, and being completely ignored, I just got back from work at 5.00 AM and found a label stuck outside that specific house by another neighbor, asking them to be quiet. That proves everything I said in the original post. There are also cameras on both sides of the street to show who put it there, in case the irresponsible owner tries to blame me. And I TRULLY THANK whoever put it there. The buildings in the old town of Rethymno ARE UNFIT FOR THIS TYPE OF RENTAL AND WITHOUT RULES. Maybe the business owner had that attitude because of the property owner, who always said, “laws are for/apply to you, not me.” He’s not a local.
