The location is lovely and very quiet, with Agios Prokopios beach about a kilometer away. The town is relatively close, though you'll need a car. The bathroom is especially spacious, and the mattress was a little too hard for my taste. Our room was roomy and had everything we could think of: plenty of different glasses, including beer and shot glasses, pots, dishes and cutlery enough for a family of ten, sugar sachets, and all kinds of mosquito repellent. There were screens on every window, plus a balcony power outlet for anyone who wants to use a laptop. The 42-inch TV was smart, and alongside the table for breakfast there was a very comfortable armchair. When we arrived, Mrs. Anna had left us a spoonful of sweet and tsipouro. She was very kind. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it.

Mrs. Anna made us feel welcome with homemade dessert and a drink, and she was kind and helpful throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, with spacious verandas and everything you might need on holiday, from kitchenware to books. Thank you for everything, Mrs. Anna!

We had two very enjoyable stays, in the summers of 2018 and 2019. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with lovely views, and they even had a small fridge for food. Mrs. Anna and Mr. Matthaios were friendly, kind, and helpful. We'll keep coming back to see our friends, Mrs. Anna and Mr. Matthaios!

We found the bed very large and comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. There was a smart TV, too. The apartment was clean and carefully maintained, in a convenient spot for both the beach and the town center. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had all sorts of pots and pans, a moka pot, kettle, and a very powerful electric stove. The owner was friendly and helpful and clearly takes good care of the place. We even had an iron and ironing board, mosquito coils, burners, and repellent in the room, though the window screens meant we didn't need them. Highly recommended.
