Mrs. Vouli, who looks after the villa, was so helpful when we needed to leave our things after checkout while we finished work. She even let us use the facilities a little longer so we could get ready to travel. She also warned us ahead of time about a possible power outage. We’re really grateful. The villa was spotless and had everything we could need, whether for a short visit or a longer stay. There are two double bedrooms downstairs and another upstairs with access to the terrace, plus an incredible view. The location worked perfectly for our work, and it’s not far from the main towns. The roads were in great condition and easy to navigate, and private parking was available. We booked through the website, and Mrs Argiro, the owner, was excellent to communicate with, very responsive and helpful. She arranged a late-night check-in for us without any trouble and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was okay. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. If we’re back in Santorini, we’ll look for this villa again.

We spent five days there with my family, and it was one of our best vacations. The villa felt brand new and had everything we needed. Vana gave us a lovely welcome and helped throughout the stay with information and arrangements, which made our Santorini trip wonderful. We were very glad to stay in the south of the island. Everything was close by.

Stay away. We spent five nights here, and it was a very stressful experience. The host became more hostile and aggressive toward my family as the stay went on, changed the rules repeatedly, and sent me texts with new demands, including extra payments that I didn’t owe. We stayed out most of the day to avoid her. One night, she came to our door close to midnight, knocked, and yelled at us while demanding payment. The following night, she changed the keys, so we couldn’t leave for the airport until we paid more money she was arbitrarily asking for. The location was also a problem. It’s right beside a busy main road with constant traffic noise, including trucks, and it was so windy that we couldn’t meaningfully enjoy the terrace or ocean view. I’ve travelled extensively around the world, but I’ve never had such a bad experience.

We had lunch and dinner on the terrace, looking out over the sea with Akrotiri behind us. The caldera view is breathtaking, and the villa itself is stunning. The rooms were carefully furnished and cleaned every day. You couldn’t ask for more.
