Check-in was easy and smooth, with everything handled on your own and no need to interact with anyone. The place was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for us. The mattress was a bit hard, though, and the thin walls meant we could hear kids yelling in the morning and waking us. Still, I'd call it a good stay.

2/10
The place has potential, but our stay fell short. It didn’t look like the photos, and the staff felt less attentive than I expected given the high ratings. There were practical issues too: no wardrobe, uncomfortable pillows, faulty AC, and a kitchen that was poorly equipped, with no bottle opener or kitchen paper. The first clean was thorough, but the next time we only got fresh towels. The blanket on the bed also smelled unpleasant. Better-equipped rooms, steadier service, and more care with the details would make a real difference.

The location was really convenient, less than 100 meters from the beach and close to a supermarket, beach bars, and taverns. Our modern suite had all the facilities we needed, and the staff were friendly and efficient, especially Alekos. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you for everything, EcoHeaven!

The suite was modern and had all the amenities we needed. The beach is just a couple of minutes away, making this a great place to stay in Heraklion. There’s no reception desk, so you enter with the key code sent after booking.

So clean and safe, and right by the beach. The staff were really kind and helpful. I’m definitely coming back.
