Oya Beach Resort – All Inclusive

There isn't really a “Relax pool.” Kids shout and jump around in both pools all day. I hope the staff do something about it.

I've returned to Oya beach resort a few times now, and each stay I've noticed new services as they keep working to improve the guest experience. We like it so much that we've booked another visit for later this year. The staff are a big part of what makes it special. On my first three trips I was travelling alone, and the team made me feel very welcome. Kostas met me with a friendly greeting each time I got off the airport transfer, helped with my suitcase, and gave me useful local tips. I saw how calmly and attentively he kept things running in the lobby. Diamanto, the Guest Relations Manager, greeted me warmly every day and was efficient and helpful with guest questions and requests. Elena at the front desk remembered me on my first return visit. The rest of the reception team, Soultana, Maria, Elina, Marina and Elena, were all cheerful, helpful, attentive and well informed, even when handling large groups. Nico was approachable, checked that everything was okay and knew the area well. Rico greeted me in the mornings and kept my room in good order with a smile. I also met Manuel, one of the hotel managers, on my first visit, making sure things ran smoothly when the hotel first opened and that standards were high. Hotel director Demetrius was friendly too, and clearly proud of the place. There's a lot to like around the resort. The buffet has tasty choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a good vegetarian selection, and as an all-inclusive guest you won't go hungry. You can also book the Italian or Greek restaurant, or grab food by the pool at the snack bar. Meli Crêperie has recently opened with crêpes, waffles and ice cream. There are two pools with lots of sun loungers: the bigger one is more family-friendly, with music and morning water aerobics, while the smaller one is quieter and more relaxed. Across a quiet lane, there's a small beach with sunbeds, coastal views and lovely sunsets. The rooms are clean, modern, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. The modern gym is clean and has a good range of quality equipment. The hotel app makes it easier to find information and book the restaurants. Everyone I met was friendly, attentive, helpful and happy to assist. A great resort with lovely food and staff. I highly recommend The OYA beach resort.

Just got back from a fantastic week at Oya beach with my cousin. We slept really comfortably, both in the room and by the pool, and everything was spotlessly clean. The food was stunning with loads of choice, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. I highly recommend it and hope to return in September. Jan and Trish.
