The room smelled strongly of bleach, but the soft furnishings looked far from white, especially the fake leather headboard. There was no water or tissues, bathroom supplies were sparse, the minibar was empty, and the TV had few green stations. Insects poured in when I tried to open the sliding door for fresh air. Breakfast was limited too. It may meet the Greek checklist for four stars, but the room itself felt more like two, and left my skin crawling. Avoid it unless you have no other options.

Olympia Village was a lovely surprise. The hotel looks better than the photos and descriptions suggest, feels more comfortable, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were kind and helpful, our room was clean and cosy, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Everything seemed well cared for, and it was clear they really care about their guests. We’re so glad we found this hidden gem and think it deserves to be better known around the world. We’d happily come back and highly recommend it.

The pictures make it look much nicer than it really is. We stayed just one night, and the room didn’t feel up to a four-star standard. It was cold, and the blanket was dirty. There wasn’t a proper cover, just some sort of double sheet. The shower was tiny, though it seemed basically clean.

The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful. There’s a beautiful pool, and Olympia is just a short walk away. Perfect!

The buffet was great, and the hotel was fine overall. I was worried about bed bugs after reading other reviews, but I didn’t find any. The rooms weren’t very clean, though, so check the sheets and towels before using them since they may be dirty or stained. Staff will replace them if you ask, but they weren’t very welcoming.
