We had a triple room that was spacious and clean, and the location was superb. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. The gentleman working in the evening went out of his way to help us with everything. Highly recommended. Thank you, and I hope to come back.

Breakfast had lots of tasty choices and was great value. The portions were filling enough that I saved my sandwich for lunch each day. The hotel is right in the center of Chania, handy for the local sights, restaurants, and views. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was modern and very clean. There’s also a large terrace or balcony with a great view.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice big balcony. It’s a quiet spot, close to the city center and a 5-10 minute walk from the port. The place feels a little old, and there are no hooks or shelves in the bathroom for towels or toiletries. There’s no parking at the property, but we found public parking on Mark. Mpotsari street and nearby streets, about a 10-minute walk away.

The location is good, right at the edge of the old town. Getting in was odd: you have to climb stairs before reaching the elevator. The lift for disabled access was strange too, since you have to climb over a metal bannister to get into it.
