Stamatia Apartments

A great place with a very warm host. Recommended.

The flat was clean, with good Wi-Fi and air conditioning, but it echoed badly and noise from other guests made it impossible to rest. House rules weren't respected, and the host had no answer to the problem. For several nights running, we couldn't sleep because the guest upstairs kept moving furniture and banging. We told the host, but she didn't act, despite insisting she had. To her credit, she refunded us for the days we didn't stay. Other guests were noisy in the hall early in the morning. The cleaning staff woke us with vacuuming, scrubbing, and slamming doors. The host said they didn't clean before 11 a.m., but we saw otherwise. Frying food isn't allowed in the apartment. The bed was too short, and the bathroom extremely small, uncomfortable for anyone taller than 180 cm.

The people were really welcoming and kind. I had a pleasant conversation with the lady first on the phone, then again at reception. There's a small private parking area.

The rooms were spotless and well cared for, and our host was polite and friendly from the moment we arrived. She even greeted us with a bottle of wine, a thoughtful personal touch. We had a comfortable, hospitable stay in Asprovalta, and I highly recommend this apartment. Thanks for making the visit so memorable!
