The hotel’s in a prime spot, with lovely rooms and really friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great, and when we had to leave early on our last day they even put together a lunch bag. Evenings can be a little noisy, but earplugs are provided and the hotel’s good points outweigh that. Definitely recommend it.

Good breakfast, comfy beds, and friendly, helpful staff. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the square, bars, and restaurants. What’s not to like?

After a cancelled cruise and an already disrupted vacation, this place felt like such a treat. We booked through Expedia and were very happy with the experience. The breakfast was delicious, with everything laid out in a way that was lovely to look at too. The rooms are great, with designer fittings throughout, and there’s a comfortable spot to sit, read, relax, or get things done. It feels like a modern, budget-friendly luxury place, and the evening atmosphere brought back lots of positive memories of home. The location puts you right among shops, old town sights, street food, restaurants, and all sorts of other things to do. We stayed in ground-floor room no 1. The walls are thin, so we could hear conversations and traffic at night, which could bother a light sleeper. Earplugs were provided, though we didn’t use them. I can’t imagine choosing anywhere else next time I visit Athena/Athens.

We spent 5 nights here in April 2026 and enjoyed it very much. Our large room was at the end of the hall, tastefully decorated and in great condition. It had plenty of well-placed outlets, a good-sized shower with strong pressure and hot water, and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping cleaned it daily. The elevator was roomy and we didn’t wait long. It felt designed by someone who knows what travelers need. We liked the Monastiraki neighborhood more than Plaka, where we’d stayed earlier in the trip. There’s a Metro station nearby, and lots of food options and tourist attractions. The Metro was clean, and people on the trains were relaxed and quiet. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast had fresh food, delicious baked items, cut fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, juices, and Nespresso machines for hot drinks. The bread was excellent, and the toasters were clean and worked well. Everything we needed was there. Thanks to the hotel and staff!
