You’re right in the middle of the restaurants and nightlife, and the price was very fair. The place was clean, and check-in was simple and automated. A couple of things in our bathroom needed attention: the handle and toilet seat were loose, and there was no showerhead hook. For what we paid, those issues felt reasonable.

One of us ended up sleeping on the floor because the slats on one bed kept slipping out of place. We only noticed after midnight and just wanted to get to sleep. When we told the owner, they replied that we should have warned them straight away. I don’t think that’s acceptable. A broken bed isn’t a small detail to dismiss.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was lovely and very clean. It’s right in the centre. I’d book it again for sure, thank you!

We found the place really poor. The room looked nothing like the photos and was very basic. There were no blankets or water when we arrived, and the bathroom door knob was broken, so the door wouldn’t shut. Some of the wooden bed slats were missing too. Noise was another big problem: tourists at the Disney cafe downstairs kept things loud at night, then construction work in and around the building woke us in the morning.
