Classic Hotel by Athens Prime Hotels

We spent five days here, and the spacious room and really comfortable bed were just right. The furnishings are beautiful, and every staff member we met was kind and helpful. It's close to lots of places to visit, right in the middle of things, yet fairly quiet and peaceful. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including hot dishes, continental options, and local specialties. Reception staff were welcoming and gave useful advice, and they can arrange taxis. That's especially handy for the trip out to the airport, which is a long way away and costs about 50 euros. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, including a nice Italian restaurant right across the street and a coffee shop next door.

We recently had three rooms for four nights as a family. The rooms pleased us, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fine and plentiful, and the hotel is right in the center. I'd gladly recommend it. My only suggestion is to add a bin in the bedroom, not just in the bathroom.

Our room's AC wasn't working properly at first. Once we told reception, they promptly moved us to another room. It was clear they cared about fixing the problem and looking after guests.

Michaela's warm Cretan hospitality really stood out, and Maria was kind and helpful when she checked me in. The rest of the staff were great too. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety, and there are lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is right in central Athens, making it a comfortable, welcoming base for exploring or working in the city for a while.
