ERMASS Athens

The rooftop seating area was lovely, with a nice view over the city, and I’d definitely come back. I booked here because my usual place was full, and I was glad it was so central. The shopping street is close, there are lots of bars and restaurants around, and the bus stop is only a few minutes away. Our room was very clean and nicely equipped. The bed was really comfortable and the water pressure was good. I wasn’t keen on the shower, though, since it tends to overflow. I know this kind of setup is common in newer hotels and apartments. The one thing they could improve was communication: we contacted the provider on WhatsApp about private transport and got left on read. When we brought it up after arriving, they said they hadn’t had time to respond. Later I found out they’d started typing a reply and then deleted it right away.

The rooms are modern and well equipped for a short stay, with milk, bread, and water provided. The staff were friendly and really helpful. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to the nearest metro station, which makes getting around Athens easy. The hotel is coming along well and has lots of potential, though the sauna and rooftop garden weren’t available during our stay.

Joshua, who often worked the evening shift, was a real star. He helped us so much and arranged our ride to the airport, which was a huge help. The staff were all courteous and knew their stuff, with recommendations for restaurants and scenic spots that were right on target. From the moment my best friend and I arrived, we felt at home. We had an incredible week in Greece, and the lovely atmosphere and helpful team made the trip even more special. It was a flawless stay for us, a perfect 10/10, and I can’t recommend it enough for a Greek getaway.

A very stylish, charming place, with plenty of little perks. It was clean, and the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast you can order was tasty too. They normally have laundry facilities, but those were being renovated when I visited in November 2025. I just walked about two blocks to a local laundromat, which was no big deal. I’d happily stay again.
