The room was large and the location was great, but this felt more like an Airbnb in a commercial building than a hotel. There was no reception, and if something came up we had to text and wait for a reply during working hours. The internet was terrible, and it was very noisy. We booked four nights through Trip.com. Check-in and key instructions didn't arrive until the day we got there, which made us nervous since we were arriving late. Shampoo and soap weren't replenished, and toilet paper was only replaced if we asked. There was no detergent for the washing machine. The bathroom needs updating and maintenance. The iron and ironing board were in bad shape, but after I mentioned it they were replaced the next day.
