The only thing that could be better is the TV. It had lots of channels we didn't need, but no YouTube, and smart TV features would help. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and responsive, everything was well maintained, and the clean, cozy apartments suited our family well. We had a very pleasant stay in a great location.

We barely saw anyone apart from the cleaning staff, since check-in and check-out are all self-service. Communication and assistance were very quick, and the place is easy to get to, close to the city centre. It was a little small for four of us as a family.

We were pleased with how clean and comfortable the room was, but our stay still fell short of what we expected and the price didn't feel worthwhile. When our delayed luggage was confirmed for delivery, the property wouldn't accept it, despite our explaining that we were travelling with a child and had no belongings. We even sent written confirmation that we'd take full responsibility, but they offered no help or flexibility. We ended up spending about 4-5 hours at the airport sorting out the luggage. The place runs as a smart hotel with no physical reception. If the systems behind that setup can't handle an unexpected problem, it can leave guests in a difficult spot, especially families with children.

The apartment was lovely, clean and in a great location. Still, a couple of things left me disappointed. On the morning I checked out, I asked the woman who looks after the apartments for one coffee capsule, and she said coffee wasn't provided on checkout day. It seemed like an unwelcoming response to such a small request. The timing was awkward, too: check-in was at 3 PM and checkout at 11 AM. I'd find 2 PM and noon more comfortable and flexible.
