Kleo II by Zoia Living

My stay at KLEO went really well. The room was clean and had modern furnishings, and the location was great. The team answered all my questions and made my time in Athens very easy. Thanks 🙏

Convenient location, great service, and beautifully furnished rooms that were immaculately clean.

We stayed in Apartment 7 for four nights, and it was the worst place we’ve ever stayed. There was an ant infestation, including ants in the shower and on our bedding. The shower area was grimy and dirty, and they kept coming back despite repeated cleaning. Disgusting. The apartment is beside the front door, which slams shut hard enough to shake the whole place every time someone comes in or leaves. It happened through the night and woke us each time. We didn’t get one peaceful night. We told staff after the first night. They repeatedly said it had been fixed, but it was still happening at checkout. They promised twice and took no action. Another review had raised the same issue three months earlier, also without a fix. We reported these problems and are still waiting for a reply to our compensation request. They’ve dodged all our requests. Avoid at all costs!!!

I was in the rooftop suite. The interior was very nice, and everything was very clean.
