Metaxourgio Luxury Suite

There are two balconies with Acropolis views, though neither had chairs or a stool. The room, a junior suite, had a big comfortable bed and a sofa that wasn't as comfortable but was still fine for the children. It came with 2 TVs, a fridge, kettle, and electric stove. Kitchenware was sparse: some glasses, one cup and saucer, forks, a bottle opener, a coffeemaker, and a mixer, but no pan or pot, tea, coffee, or sugar. We asked reception for a few teabags and another cup, and they brought them. The room was very clean, the staff polite and helpful, and breakfast decent. The hotel is centrally located, a 12 minutes walk from Archeological Museum and 5 minutes walk from " Greece in miniature". It's a good hotel for the money, though it has a few small, easy-to-fix shortcomings.

The WiFi worked great, and breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of choices. Our 1-bedroom apartment was well equipped with a stove, cooking utensils, dinner sets, and a refrigerator. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. I'd gladly come back if I get the chance.

The only real downside is that there's no parking, but for this cost it was worth it. The hotel is centrally located, with rooms that are very clean and big enough. The lady at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful.

The one positive is that it's not far from the center. The neighborhood feels extremely unsafe at night, and the breakfast is one to forget. It's basically a furnished apartment, and absolutely not a 4 star hotel, even though the staff are nice.
