The property is misleading and felt unsafe. We booked Nobia 1 on the ground floor for the same price as an upstairs room, but it was tiny, dark, cramped, and basement-like. The window wouldn’t open properly or lock for two days, which felt like a serious safety risk. Some outlets and lamps didn’t work, and both the shower and toilet leaked. We reported the problems from the first day, but management ignored us. They offered another room only on our last afternoon. We moved upstairs to Nobia 3, which had much more space and light, but the property still had several problems and didn’t justify the price. The photos and description gave a misleading impression. These are overpriced rooms, not proper apartments, and many things don’t work. I can’t list everything here. I’d avoid booking this place.

It’s just a tiny bedroom with a private bathroom, not an apartment. The kitchen and living space in the photos are actually in the lobby. There’s only one small window facing the next building, and construction right next door made it very noisy. Several things didn’t work properly, and the host ignored the issues without offering real help or a solution. Beware.

The location was okay, but the accommodation is on an avenue and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms felt shut in, with no ventilation or light. The bathroom was dirty and leaking, and the shower didn’t work, so we had to use the handheld showerhead, which was extremely uncomfortable. It’s not a proper apartment, just a room with a bathroom. Downstairs there’s a very basic kitchenette with no stovetop or even two cups for coffee. I didn’t like it. Don’t be fooled.

It’s a large room, but enclosed and poorly ventilated, with a view of the wall of another dirty building. The bathroom feels unfinished and uncomfortable. The shower malfunctions and leaks through the floor into the bedroom. The toilet seat is broken, and there’s nowhere to set anything down or hang anything.
