Even with a balcony and a partial view of the acropolis, we slept peacefully. The hotel is right in the middle of Athens’ busy nightlife, yet we didn’t hear a thing, and we go to bed early. Our room was roomy, trendy, and had a distinctive style, and we were even upgraded. The shower gel smelled great, and I loved the little touches in the room. The location couldn’t be better. Aris and the other woman, whose name I didn’t catch, were so hospitable and kind. We’re really glad we stayed at Noma. I’d been concerned by the 3.8 rating, but I think the hotel deserves at least 4.5. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean, and ours had a lovely little balcony. Staff were very friendly, and the price was reasonable, though there’s an extra city tax of just 3-4 dollars. There’s no hotel restaurant, but plenty of nearby restaurants stay open until 1-2 a.m. The street is noisy, but we were on the second floor and it didn’t bother me. The hotel is across from a church, so there were bells on Sunday, but that was totally fine for me. I’d read lots of bad reviews before coming, but my experience was the best.

The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I was there for just one day before my flight, and they did so much to accommodate me. I honestly couldn’t have managed without them, and I’d definitely stay again. I’d also seen a comment saying it was loud, but I wasn’t bothered at all. It’s an area where locals and tourists gather to enjoy themselves, and it was quiet by 23:00.

The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the hotel is very good. It’s right in the heart of Athens, so there’s some noise, but that’s inevitable.

I didn’t stay at Noma this time, but they kindly held my bags until it was time to catch my train to the airport. Thanks to the front desk staff. I’d happily stay at this nice place next time.
