A clean room with air conditioning and a nice balcony, just 3 minutes from the metro. For a budget trip alone or as a couple, this place works well. I really like it and will definitely stay again when I’m next in Athens.

I spent six nights here. If you're travelling on a budget and mainly need somewhere to sleep, it’s good value. The sheets had stains and were a little torn, but they were replaced almost every night. There were no problems during our stay, and I appreciated the 24-hour reception. The location felt less reputable, so it was reassuring that you had to ring the bell to enter and staff kept checking the security cameras. Hygiene wasn't our top priority, and for a place just to sleep, it suited us.

The owner was difficult to deal with. We used the hotel as a base on three stays, and each time he asked for an extra €1,50 on top of the reservation. He also tried to charge us for a night we hadn't booked, and woke us at 6am with loud noise on the street. The room itself was in very poor shape: holes in the bedsheets, a toilet that only flushed if you lifted the tank cover, and broken main lights. The old, rusty air conditioning gave off a very strange smell. There were wires sticking out of the walls by the outlets, and the towels smelled bad. I would choose any other place in Athens.

The price was very reasonable, and the room was adequate. It’s a budget hotel in a good part of Athens. I got in really late, at 1am, and the staff were very helpful. The bed and pillows were okay.
