The location put me in a great neighborhood, close to everything, and the service was perfect. My room was enormous, almost like having an apartment, with a really comfortable bed and a lovely patio looking out at the back. I loved staying here and will definitely return.

Our room was decent, but the noise and check-in problems would make me think twice, especially if you want a quiet night. The hotel sits right among bars and restaurants, with live music and people talking well into the early morning, so it’s not great for light sleepers. We got there at 7pm after a 16-hour flight and found nobody at the front desk. We hadn’t been told to get a self check-in code in advance, and no one picked up the phone. We ended up waiting three hours while the booking platform tried to contact the hotel. It seemed the details had gone to the wrong WhatsApp contact. The hotel should use more than one way to reach guests, such as email, the booking platform, and WhatsApp. For future guests, message them ahead of time for the code.

I didn’t actually stay overnight, but I spent the whole day in one of the rooms while visiting my friend who was staying here. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is great. I was jealous as soon as I saw it, and I’ll stay here next time I’m in town.

Check-in and checkout were both quick. The staff kept in touch through WhatsApp and gave us a real VIP kind of service. Our room was huge, clean, and done in a Nordic style. The hotel’s in a great area, and you can walk to everything.

If you’re hoping to party until 3 am, the location might suit you. For getting any sleep, it was terrible. The bars played extremely loud music into the early morning.
