The staff were kind, helpful, and very good, which made me feel at home. My room was clean, comfortable, and laid out well, with a hot shower and a really comfortable bed. It isn’t a five-star hotel, but it’s a great place.

We had a lovely breakfast and rooms that were just the right size. The street stayed calm at night with hardly any traffic, and the staff gave us fantastic food recommendations. For our first visit to Greece, Project 3 Urban Chic was a perfect pick, in a location that couldn’t be better. Thanks to Sotiria for introducing me to delicious Greek coffee, and to Nikos and Giannis for making us feel so welcome. I’d recommend it to friends and family.

The breakfast was fresh and cooked for us that morning, with no buffet. The hotel was comfortable and well kept, and the location worked perfectly, with everything within a 20-25 minute walk. What really stood out was the front desk team, who were so friendly and helpful that you wanted to be their friend. The only downside is there’s no gym on site, whatever a Google search might say. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We were impressed by how warm and attentive everyone was from the moment we arrived. Niki, Sotiria, Nikos, and the manager, Apostolis, all helped make the stay memorable and clearly cared about the details. Our spacious room felt modern and beautifully designed, balancing comfort with style, and the whole hotel had a thoughtful, chic urban feel. Kolonaki was a great base, central but peaceful, with cafes, shops, and cultural spots close by. I only wish the outlets had USB or USB-C ports for international travelers. That small change would make an already fantastic stay even better. We’d happily return to Athens and recommend this stylish boutique hotel for its service.

We spent three nights here, and the service deserves six stars. The receptionists, the women serving meals, and the room cleaners were all lovely and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and each day we picked something different that was well prepared. The room, hotel location, and prices were all great. It’s about a nine-minute walk from the metro, two kilometers from the Acropolis, and five minutes from a nice city park. Special greetings to the guy who turned out to play CS :D
