We stayed in both the “rustic” and “forest” rooms, and loved them. The atmosphere was even better than expected, and the owner and staff were kind and helpful. It’s right in the heart of Athens’ Gazi area, close to keramikos station. We’ll definitely be back again and again.

The owner rebuilt this beautiful house with his own hands and put so much care into the little details. He also gave us great tips for exploring the surrounding area. Our room was lovely, in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to plenty of bars and clubs. We only spent one night at The House, but next time we visit Athens, we’ll stay for the whole trip. It really feels like home.

I first stayed here last year and came back again this November. Everyone working here is so friendly and helpful. It’s in a club and bar district with good nightlife, and about a 10-15 minute walk from the tourist shops and the Parthenon. For the price, it’s by far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ll always stay here when I visit Athens.

The central location makes it easy to relax and enjoy Athens, and the sauna is a lovely treat in winter. The rooms are unique and the atmosphere is outstanding. Nicos and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly. Thanks for a stress-free stay.

Evi and Christina were wonderful hosts. The place was clean and peaceful, with a friendly, relaxed feel. It’s central but quiet, and a great-value stop for a few days in Athens. Gazi is also a fun area for going out. I’ll be back soon. Five stars!
