The low price, walkable access to the main sights, and entry codes for the building and apartment were useful. It also worked for groups, and they kept our luggage after checkout. But the apartment sat among bars, with crowds partying past 3AM. It was SO. LOUD. With no soundproofing, the noise came through clearly even with the windows and doors shut. The sheets weren't clean, and the shower wouldn't drain. I'm only giving two stars because I should've researched more before booking.

There’s no reception, so be sure to tell them when you’ll arrive and leave. The staff were very warm, and the recently renovated room and bathroom were lovely. The place is near the center in a lively district, though the neighborhood felt a little rough, with dirty streets and graffiti. The room was very clean and air-conditioned, with a hair dryer and a small kitchenette stocked with cutlery and dishes.

The room was simple, cozy, and very clean, and getting into the building and room with a code or e-key app was easy. The location felt great and safe, with local sights, restaurants, shops, and convenience stores all within easy walking distance. A very pleasant stay. I'd come back!

The kind, hospitable host made us feel welcome, and breakfast was nice and decent. Rooms were very clean and tidy. There are plenty of restaurants and tavernas with good food nearby, and the ice cream in the area is great. Monastiraki Square is close, and you can walk to the Acropole and other Athens sights. It’s a good choice, though street-facing rooms get noisy and uncomfortable at night, with too many bikes going up and down until 3 or 4 in the morning.

The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The beds were fine, though not especially comfortable. I still had a very pleasant stay.
