It's clean, has excellent WiFi, and sits in a good central spot. Getting inside means using a code at the front door, then going upstairs to the key safes opposite the unattended reception desk. The hotel isn't staffed, and it feels pretty soulless. It's on a pedestrian alley covered in graffiti, so cars can't reach the door. There are stairs up to reception and no lift.

We found parking fine at the municipal lot on Venizelos, though on Friday and Saturday nights it can take a while. Street parking in the old city is rare. The room was simple and clean, and the location and hospitality were amazing. With Crete all around you, you'll be out exploring anyway.

We spent a week here on our trip. The room stayed really clean and tidy the whole time, and we were left fresh water, a bottle of wine, and some crisps. Check-in was easy with the self-service setup. It's on a quiet street, so nights weren't noisy, yet the centre is only a couple of steps away. A really positive stay for anyone visiting Chania! 🙏🏼

We appreciated the thoughtful little touches. The windows did a great job keeping outside noise out, and the room had a comfortable bed, a good shower, and a lovely balcony. There's also a cute rooftop that's perfect for watching a peaceful sunset. The hotel has around two or three floors, was clean and well managed, and had stairs when we visited. If you need an elevator, see if a room on a lower floor is possible. Restaurants and shops are close by, and the port and nearby neighborhoods are a quick walk away. A lovely stay, and I'd recommend it.
