Iannis greeted us with a smile and a couple of complimentary beers, even though we arrived close to midnight on a Thursday. The apartment was comfortable and affordable, with a nice bathroom and a kitchenette that was perfectly usable. It was cleaned daily and the towels were changed. The double bed was a little small, and sometimes we could hear people in the apartment above.

The person who welcomed us was very polite. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, right in the center of Chania’s old town. Recommended 100%.

The rooms are simple but clean, and the old city location is good. There’s no parking at the property. Free parking is about 500 meters away, though finding a spot there can be difficult.

Mr Yiannis is always on hand to help with whatever you need, and his restaurant suggestions are great. The rooms are in a perfect spot at Chania’s Old Harbor, close to the heart of the city but still easy to reach by car. There’s a mini market nearby, plus plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. It’s very good value for money, and I’ll definitely visit again.

The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the harbor front and lots of bars and restaurants. The room is basic, but the air conditioning works very well. Nikos, the host, was extremely courteous and helpful 😀
