The hotel is lovely, in a great spot, and sits above Monogram, which is the city's best café. My only issue was a service mistake that was handled poorly. There wasn't any toilet paper in our room, so I called reception. The woman asked me to check around the room, and after I confirmed it was missing, she told me to come downstairs and collect some because she was on her own. I understand mistakes happen, but having the guest fetch what the hotel forgot felt very poor. I hope they take this as feedback and improve their service, because the hotel itself is very good.

We got to leave our luggage after checkout, and they even let us shower before heading off, so we could enjoy the beach without bringing sand and salt onto the plane. That was a lovely extra. The hotel is in central Chania, with the old town, harbour, and bus station all an easy walk away. For just 4€, the bus opens up plenty of beaches around Crete. It's a three-star place that gives some four-star hotels a run for their money, especially for the price. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast had a good spread and changed a little each day. We also had a TV with YouTube, and depending on your room and luck, a nice view over the square. Reception were friendly and always had suggestions, often giving us a few ways to reach places we'd heard about. Michalis was especially helpful with recommendations, travel tips, and even bandages. We always left knowing where to go and when. You may get to meet him too. We had a really good stay here.

What made this our favourite hotel in Crete was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and did a lot to make our stay feel special. The man at reception was especially kind, answering all our questions about getting around the island and booking excursions for us. Our street-facing room had a balcony and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, and the hotel was very clean with lovely decor. They made the whole stay feel easy, and I'd happily come back. Highly recommend it.

A small hotel right in the middle of Chania. The staff are really friendly, breakfast is decent, and the location is fantastic. Great value too.

The room was peaceful, with a really comfortable bed, and the balcony had a partial sea view. It all seemed newly built or recently renovated, and everything worked as it should. We had a fridge for our own drinks and a proper hairdryer, which you don't always get. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the staff were so welcoming. The location is just a few steps from the centre. There are parking spaces in front, free from 9pm to 7am, handy if you're exploring around Chania. Recommended.
