I really enjoyed my stay. The room was roomy, clean, and had air-conditioning, and the location made it easy to get to the harbor and restaurants in Chania. The nearby restaurants did make a lot of noise, though, and my window wouldn't close all the way.

Breakfast isn't included, but this budget option in the elia hotel family is very good value. The room was fairly large and clean, with a great bed, air-conditioning, a fridge, plenty of well-lit power outlets, and the toiletries you'd expect, including dental and shaving kits. Highly recommended!

I keep choosing the Elia hotel chain when I visit Chania. The receptionists are really helpful, the staff are great, and the facilities go beyond what you'd expect. Breakfast is excellent too. The service is absolutely exceptional, and I'd definitely recommend it!

The room itself was nice, but it was VERY NOISY. I was on a business trip and had asked the receptionist for a quiet room, yet they put me above a restaurant with loud music and celebrations going until 4am. That didn't feel very considerate.
