Central Luxury Lofts

The free breakfast was a lovely extra, with delicious homemade Greek pastries, fruit, honey, and other local produce. It was more than enough to start the day and gave us a taste of local food. The rooms were very nice and laid out so efficiently that they felt bigger than the photos suggested. The restroom and shower were modern, too. Olga and the rest of the staff gave excellent service, and Olga wrote us a list of bar and restaurant recommendations by hand. The hotel is well placed for walking to the Old Town and harbor, and the bus stops we used for several tours were nearby. There are lots of nice shops and restaurants around as well. If I return to Chania, I’ll stay at Central City Hotel again.

The only small problem was that our room was close to reception. Noise from outside woke us a couple of times, though I’m sure it wouldn’t be an issue in other rooms. Everything else made for a great vacation, and we’d love to return to Central City Hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Olga especially made our trip memorable with her local recommendations. The cleaning team did an outstanding job, leaving the room spotless every time, no matter how we left it. The location is right in the heart of Chania, with the old town in walking distance, bus connections to beautiful beaches nearby, and cafés and quick bites just around the corner. The airport bus is a five minute walk away, which was really convenient. We usually chose local food over breakfast, so I can’t say much about it. What we did have was more than enough to get the day started. Would I recommend the hotel? Absolutely. Thank you to the whole team!

The mornings on the rooftop garden were a real highlight. Stella’s homemade breakfasts were delicious, and her warmth and love of hospitality made them feel special. Olga was just as memorable, always around with a positive attitude and ready to go out of her way to help. The hotel is very central, spotless, modern, and fresh, with a calm, uplifting feel as soon as you walk in. We felt genuinely looked after and left wanting to come back. It felt like a little haven.

Olga was so welcoming and had some great food and drink suggestions. The breakfast was good too, and the hotel is beautifully done and very close to both the bus station and Venetian port.
