We stayed at Julie's apartments in May and really enjoyed it. From our sea-view room, the view made the choice feel well worth it. The room was simple but functional, and the location at Koum Kapi is hard to beat, with a lovely beach right outside and everything we needed nearby. Julie and the cleaning staff were welcoming, thoughtful, and very helpful. Cleaning was every other day, and the towels smelled divine. Good value for money, and I feel like we made a new friend 🤩

Julia’s studio was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the amenities were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. It was close to the main attractions yet still peaceful and relaxing. I had an amazing stay, and would gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

CAUTION! I wouldn't recommend booking with this hotel. I booked directly, which management usually appreciates because they avoid booking-site fees. After I fell ill, I gave three weeks' notice that I needed to cancel for now and rebook later. I had paid a 200 euro deposit, which I understood to be refundable for phone bookings, but Julia, the manager, refused to return it and has stopped responding to my messages. Very poor service.

This place needs renovation. We stayed one night, and arrived to find dust all over the floor and spider webs on the ceiling. The facilities are old and barely working, as you can see in the photos. Cafes and bars nearby play loud music until 01:00, making it hard to sleep.

The apartment had everything I needed, and even for a short stay they changed the towels and brought toilet paper. Small things, but handled so professionally. I really appreciate Greek hospitality. After 12 years in Italy, I still hadn't experienced hospitality like this in Greece.
