We’re leaving today after a glorious 8 day stay in a beautiful location. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Chrisa, the restaurant manager, deserves a particular thank you for being professional, helpful and always friendly. Aliona and Dimitra, the fitness trainers, were understanding of our stiff bodies and led excellent yoga, Pilates and general fitness programs. Suzanna kept our room meticulously tidy and replenished. Breakfast was excellent, especially the omelettes, and dinner was a buffet with good choices. The real star was the wide selection of fresh salads, probably the best salads in the world! Well done Corfu Imperial. We’ll return.

Dimitra in the gym was always there with advice, towels, water and fruit. We had delightful chats and laughs with Kaja, Spiro's and Marilena, and Koustautiuos Voulgaris from housekeeping kept everything spotless and well stocked. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Grecotel Corful Imperial. The staff gave us exceptional service throughout, and we really felt looked after. Thank you all so much.

You’ll need a car or taxi to get around, since the hotel isn’t near another village. There’s just one restaurant within walking distance. The hotel itself is very comfortable, on the peninsula, with good rooms, great pools and sunbeds, and friendly, helpful staff. The food was good too, apart from the evening buffet, which I suggest you avoid.

It’s hard to describe how wonderful this hotel is. The facilities are outstanding, the food exquisite, and both the staff and cleanliness were exceptional. Definitely one of the nicest hotels on the island, a blissful retreat with elegance all around. 🫶🏻

I was disappointed with the hotel management. Communication was poor and there was too little attention to guest concerns. Requests weren’t handled efficiently, and issues were delayed or left unresolved to my satisfaction. There was no AC for one night, and nobody offered another room or fixed it. I almost missed my flight because of poor transportation management. The overall experience fell short of what I expected from a hotel in this category. Management is essential to guest satisfaction, and it was lacking during my stay. I hope they take this seriously and make improvements.
