We arrived at Anemolia Mountain Resort at about 11 PM on November 11th after a delay on the road. John Yannis welcomed us warmly and was polite, professional, and kind. He quickly found us a room, showed us around, and made sure we felt cared for. The hotel was beautiful and very clean, and the service was excellent. John’s hospitality made the stay unforgettable. We’re grateful for his help and highly recommend the hotel!

The location is good, and the staff were super friendly and helpful during our one-night stay. The shared areas are beautiful, but the room and bathroom were very basic. I knew I hadn’t booked the suite shown in the photos on Booking, but the room we got was much less appealing than the one pictured for the room I chose and paid for. The sauna costs an extra 20€, which I honestly expected to be included in a 130 euro hotel stay, like toothpaste and other toiletries. All in all, it felt overpriced for such a basic room, especially with the sauna charged on top.

We had to cancel our trip because of medical issues, even though we’d booked a non-refundable room. We contacted the hotel to ask if the payment could be kept as credit for a future stay, but they refused any flexibility and kept the full amount for three nights. I understand the policy, but in a medical situation I’d expected at least some willingness to help.

The nearby town was beautiful, and this was a quiet, comfortable place to stay. The mattress was very, very, very firm.

The beds were clean but quite hard, and the dated rooms have very thin walls. You can hear your neighbors talking and doing things, as well as everyone coming down the hall. The hotel is conveniently located for Delphi, but there’s nothing else in the area. Staff were friendly, and check-in was quick.
