We were very upset by how the management responded after a significant amount of money was stolen from our room during our stay. The manager dismissed what we reported straight away, saying he trusted his staff completely, and did not investigate or properly hear us out. The cleaning lady was the only person with access to our room, and she is also his relative. Having that much money go missing on holiday was stressful enough. The careless, unprofessional response and lack of empathy made it worse. Safety and trust are basic expectations in accommodation, so we wouldn’t recommend this place.

When a significant amount of money went missing from my room, the manager tried to distract and confuse us instead of helping. It came across as if protecting the staff mattered more to him than listening to us as guests. The only people with access to the room were connected to the hotel, but he wouldn’t even consider that possibility. There was no investigation, concern, or respect for our problem. The whole experience felt extremely unprofessional, and left us feeling unsafe and mistreated. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere if you care about your money, security, and peace of mind while travelling. This was one of my worst travel experiences.

We came from August 29 to September 2, and I can’t recommend this place. On the first night, we waited more than half an hour trying to find out where the key was and where we were supposed to sleep. Nobody answered the phone or email. After that, my partner and I left the apartment on the first day of our holiday. When we got back, all our money was gone. We tried to talk to the hostess, but she only said we should have put our things in the safe. She didn’t try to understand or anything. A cleaner came to our room, but never cleaned anything. It spoiled what could have been a great time in faliraki.

The Wi-Fi could be faster, and keep the doors shut in the evening because there are lots of mosquitoes. Air conditioning costs 7€/day and is available on request, but it’s worth it when it gets very hot. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen utensils were suitable. Sofia is very kind and always ready to help. She keeps the rooms clean every day, a big plus since I’ve never had that in another apartment. I’d recommend this place for a holiday.
