Edem Boutique Suites

The daily breakfast brought to our room or terrace was delicious, and the views were lovely. Edem Boutique Hotel was spotless and peaceful, in the charming village of Finikia, with a few nice restaurants nearby and just a short walk from Oia. Anthony, Adele, and the whole team were attentive and gave us wonderful hospitality. They helped us book excursions and suggested great places to visit. Everything exceeded our expectations and made the stay memorable. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it.

The upstairs terrace was a wonderful feature, especially with the coastline in view from the jacuzzi. The area had a relaxing feel, and Oia was only a 20-minute walk away. Our suite was clean and lovely, with a huge shower, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. Each day, housekeeping tidied up, brought fresh towels, and left a 1.5 L bottle of water. Anthony and Adele were the best hosts we could have asked for. Before we arrived, they’d prepared a map and local information about what was happening that week. They arranged a pickup at Santorini airport, and the driver was very nice and drove a very nice Mercedes Benz. Anthony and Adele greeted us, and another worker carried our bags down the path to the suite. They helped with anything we needed, arranged rides, raised the jacuzzi temperature when we asked, and gave great food recommendations. I can’t imagine our trip to Santorini without their hospitality.

The private terrace or balcony breakfast was a standout, and our suite’s outdoor jacuzzi was lovely for relaxing with a view. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and good amenities. Its style combines traditional Cycladic architecture with fresh, tasteful, modern minimalist interiors. The setting in Oia, Finikia village is tucked away from the busiest crowds, so it feels peaceful while still being close to iconic caldera views. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive, and made us feel at home. Thanks so much, Stavros and your best team!

We booked a room with its own rooftop area and hot tub, and have no regrets. Each morning there were freshly made pastries from a local bakery for breakfast. The staff are golden, nothing is too much trouble. I can’t say enough about how amazing this hotel is.
