The rooms were clean and lovely, and our host was great. It’s an easy walk to Oia, and the balcony gives you a nice spot to watch the sunset. There’s also an above-ground pool for a swim. Breakfast was good and included, though the outdoor breakfast nook could use a little more tidying and organization. We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy villa.
We were told our reservation had been canceled because renovations weren’t finished, just four days before our flight. If that was the reason, we should have heard weeks earlier. With so little notice and no Airbnbs left in Finikia, we had to book a more expensive place in a completely different area. Now our excursions need replanning because we’re far from Finikia. Please be careful when booking here.
We weren’t allowed to walk to the hotel, and someone had to come collect us. We then found out the hotel wasn’t even open, and were taken to a different, less nice place. The whole experience felt very unsafe. If you’ve booked recently, cancel now.
The view was beautiful, and the rooms were lovely. It’s a really quiet place!
