The room had a lovely view, and getting to Fira Center took about five minutes on foot. There’s private parking, too. Everything felt spotless and fresh, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. They even let us use the toilets after checkout. Highly recommend.

Ralitsa was a great communicator, and the staff were so accommodating. I was really pleased with my choice. The place is lovely, less than a 15-minute walk from the caldera, with a beautiful sea view each morning. Highly recommend, and thank you!

Most things were great, but we had a small issue with Ralitsa. She had agreed to a late checkout, then changed it back to the usual checkout time after finding out we’d booked airport transportation through someone else.

The hot tub was the best part of our Signature Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub and Sea View, and the temperature was just right. We stayed 25-28 April. The suite was bright, roomy, and clean, with a lovely view across the island’s east side. It was cleaned daily and fresh towels were left each time. Fira center is about a 10-minute walk away, and we thought the room was incredibly good value. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were kind and friendly.

We’d just wrapped up a three-night stay. Our flight was delayed, so we didn’t get there until just before midnight, but they’d left the room unlocked for us. Lovely people and a great place to stay.
