The rooms were lovely and clean, and the pool looked just like the photos. It was always quiet and relaxing there, and breakfast was lovely too. We came to Santorini with our whole family for our wedding, and the kindness of everyone made the stay feel so special. Christos, Margarita, Marios, and all the other staff couldn’t do enough for us. After the wedding, they decorated our room with balloons and bunting, and left us Prosecco and a card. Such kind people. A huge thank you for making our stay.

The bathroom stayed damp after a shower, with no exhaust fan to clear the moisture. The mirrors fogged up and the floors got slippery. Bare cement flooring ran through the place, bathroom included, and looked unfinished. The accommodation was spacious, but one of the beds hadn’t been made even though we’d booked for four. Getting to our room meant carrying our luggage along an uneven path for about 50 feet to the building next door. That’s tough for anyone with knee problems. The reception felt a little cold when we arrived, and the night receptionist on 11/14/2025 was helpful at first, then rude when we asked for help finding a restaurant that delivered, since there weren’t restaurants nearby. It was our first visit to Santorini, and his treatment really disappointed us. He needs to learn customer service and isn’t fit to represent Callia Retreat Suites. We won’t be back. 😡😡😡

The hosts were the best part of our stay. They were caring, welcoming, and always willing to help, and that made our holiday unforgettable. We’re grateful and already can’t wait to come back. The place itself is beautiful and spotless, with a peaceful feel. Breakfast was delicious, Greek style, and the coffee was great. There’s a bar serving snacks all day. The location worked really well for us: a stylish modern restaurant is just down the steps, and Fusionnele is about a 3-minute walk toward town, with Greek-Italian food at very fair prices. A pleasant 10-minute walk through Santorini’s narrow streets takes you to the town center. Highly recommended!

The staff were so kind, friendly, and polite. My room was spotless, the breakfast was very good, and the service was outstanding. I had an excellent stay. Many thanks to the hotel management for all their effort.
