Artemios was the highlight for us, so helpful and easily the best hospitality we experienced in Europe. He offered everything we needed to know about Santorini without us having to ask, and helped make the stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and the room was lovely. It’s also just a 2 min walk from the bus station. Best hotel.

The owner’s warm, attentive approach made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They kept checking that I had what I needed and went out of their way to make me comfortable. My room was clean, cozy, and equipped for a comfortable stay, with care for cleanliness and guest satisfaction clear throughout. City Break offers a very comfortable, welcoming stay. I highly recommend it.

You won’t get a sea view from the room, since it’s right in the heart of Fira, but everything else worked really well for us. Fira’s main street and city viewpoints are 2 min away on foot, while the bus stand is only a 3min walk, even with luggage. The caldera volcano and hot springs tour operator is directly across from the hotel, and the cable car is 5-7 min away by foot. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a rental car from the hotel to the port and helped us get an ATV from right next door. The room was very clean, the AC got nice and cold, and the washroom was neat and clean, which matters to me.

The owner was so friendly and helpful that he even drove me to the airport when the airline finally found my lost luggage. The hotel itself is a gem in Santorini, right in the city centre, with clean, modern rooms and just about everything a few minutes’ walk away.
