We needed somewhere quickly after a terrible experience with an Airbnb host, and my partner walked over to this hotel. They were so accommodating, found us a beautiful room at short notice, and made our stay special. The service was excellent and the rooms felt well worth the cost. I'd highly recommend it.

Rafael and his team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived at Day Dreams Luxury Suites. Everyone was kind, attentive and ready to help. Rafael, the manager, went above and beyond, whether sharing local tips, sorting out arrangements smoothly or checking in to see how we were doing. His professionalism and genuine care, along with the team's personal touches, made our stay unforgettable. The setting is stunning too. I can't recommend Day Dreams Luxury Suites enough.

Mr. Raphael was especially courteous and helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and genuine hospitality made a real difference, and we appreciated how attentive he was. The hotel itself was excellent, with clean, comfortable, well-maintained facilities and everything we needed for a pleasant visit. We'd highly recommend it to future guests!!!!

We'd love to come back. The hotel was the best part of our Greece trip, with amazing views and sunsets right from the balcony. The jetted tub was clean and relaxing, and there's also a small shared pool. Staff were very responsive and accommodating, and restaurants and shops were close by.

Rafael is the man! Before we even arrived, he arranged our transfers, booked a beautiful restaurant with the best table, and gave us great advice for making the most of Santorini. He and his team were so welcoming, and I think they're the best in the business. The hotel itself is gorgeous, right in the heart of Fira, with stunning Caldera views. The attention to detail was next-level perfection. Rafael's a true professional, and we made a friend. Five stars don't do him and his team justice, we'd give them TEN STARS!!!
