The service made this stay stand out. Every request was handled quickly and any issue sorted within minutes. Special thanks to the reception team, Victoria, Maria, Peni, Mariflora, and Kostas, who went above and beyond to make us comfortable just days before our wedding. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, with free parking. It's on the main street just before Fira, and a scenic 10-15 minute walk along the Caldera takes you into town. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant, breakfast each morning and the well-equipped gym. It was a wonderful place to stay at a special time, and we'd highly recommend it.

The staff really made this stay. Whenever we had a request or ran into a problem, someone responded within minutes. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with a good breakfast, an excellent restaurant, and a wonderfully equipped gym. It’s just before Fira on the main road, with free parking and a 10-15 minute walk along a path with amazing caldera views. Highly recommended.

We loved having the pool to spend a lazy day relaxing. The food was delicious, and breakfast was great too. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, but the lovely staff really made it: they’re kind, friendly, and always willing to help. A wonderful oasis on a busy, beautiful island. We’ll return.

For my birthday visit, Victoria, Nielli, Maria, Mariflora, Demitrus, Kostas and the rest of the staff made the trip so special. The rooms and food were excellent, and the service was warm and accommodating. A must-stay in Santorini, the best! :)

On my second night, a flushing-water sound started up every hour from midnight, lasting about 10 minutes each time. It kept me awake all night. I told the manager in the morning, but instead of apologizing, he asked why I hadn’t called them and said they would move me to another room. With all my things spread around the room, changing rooms at 1 am didn’t seem practical. That made for a memorable night at De Sol hotel.
