We felt so welcome, and the room was comfortable, with a really nice bed. The owner was incredibly sweet with our little girl, always giving her a chocolate croissant when she saw her. She opened the pool early for us, let us check in at 8am, and kept our bags until our 8pm flight. The place is well located in fira, near the bus stop. We’d definitely stay again next time. Thank you ❤️

We came back for a second year at Pension Ptolemeos, and the kindness of the people running it is the reason it stands out. Katerina is lovely and does whatever she can to make you happy, and the rest of the staff are very friendly too. The rooms feel welcoming and are spotless, and there’s a comfortable pool. It’s right by the bus station, which is a great location. I can’t recommend it enough, you won’t be disappointed.

The room was clean and fairly spacious, and the location is excellent, close to the heart of Fira. Two Greek ladies run the place and were very nice. They spoke limited English, but still gave us directions to the port and food recommendations. After checkout, they let us leave our bags and use the pool.

The location made everything easy, with restaurants, shops, and transport nearby, and the hotel was spotless. Katerina was so caring and professional from the moment we arrived, and the other staff were lovely and helpful too. She even arranged an early check-in, which we really appreciated after the journey. We felt looked after the whole time and had an unforgettable stay. We’ll definitely return, and can’t recommend it enough!

Madam Katherina was such a kind, sweet host, and she even made the best brewed coffee. The place was immaculate, clean, and comfortable for our three nights with my two lovely cousins. We arrived early, before check-in, and she let us rest, which we really appreciated. We’ll stay here again and can’t recommend it enough. Thanks for the hospitality.
