Georgia made the stay feel special, welcoming us with pieces of cake and going above and beyond. She also made checkout easy and stored our luggage for a few hours. Breakfast was superb and very reasonably priced, and the balcony views were beautiful. We were upgraded to a spacious, nicely decorated room with a private balcony. It had a mini fridge, kettle, plenty of towels, stove and cooking utensils, hair dryer, TV, microwave, comfy bed, closet, safe, and lots of mirrors. Right in the center of fira, it was easy to walk to everything, including the bus. A couple of things could be better: the washroom drain overflowed whenever we washed things in the kitchen or took a bath. There’s no reception desk, and reception is available only at limited times, so you need to message the host. She was quick to reply, flexible, and welcoming. 4.5 stars.

The owner was very nice and helpful, and spoke good English. The place is family friendly, though the kitchen is small for a big group. We booked five apartments. Most were very clean and refurbished, but one was old. The price seemed relatively high compared with Athens, probably because it’s far from the mainland. Recommended.

Everything was close by, including the bus stand, market, restaurants, and supermarket, all just a few minutes’ walk away. The location was the real winner for us. It’s a cute little place with friendly owners, easy access to the room, and daily cleaning. The room and bathroom are a bit compact if you’re staying with a kid. We had no problem, but it’s something to keep in mind.

After three months travelling around Europe, this was our favourite stay. We loved the room and bathroom decor, and were pleasantly surprised by the daily cleaning. Such a special place, with the best location too. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’d highly recommend it.
