We felt like old friends instead of guests from the moment we arrived. The staff at Hotel Leta were so kind, attentive, and friendly, and clearly cared about the little details. The place is clean and cozy, with a warm, family-like feel. It's only a few minutes on foot from the heart of Fira, while still being in a quiet area. A lovely, welcoming stay in Santorini, we'd absolutely come back and wholeheartedly recommend it.

We just left Hotel Leta after four nights and had a lovely holiday. The pool was wonderfully cool in the heat, and breakfast was beautiful and free. Thank you, Diana, for breakfast and for keeping our room sparkling clean each day. The fridge in our room was nice and cold. We'll be back!

The city center of Fira is a great location, and the service was nice. I would give this more than one star. Breakfast was good, though it's standard, so mention any allergies. The room was next to the breakfast room and got very noisy in the morning. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything. The WiFi didn't work at all in my room, which was a problem because mobile data service wasn't good either. The bathroom needs attention: the shower was tiny and hard to use, and its badly damaged, sharp showerhead cut my skin when I tried to shower.

The pool downstairs was clean and a nice way to cool off, and breakfast and morning coffee were good too. Our room was great, with a good AC unit and a super-comfy bed. The Fira square is very close. For me and my family, it felt like an easy three-star hotel!

Sofia in reservations helped arrange a late check-in and a transfer. When I missed my connection, she still replied close to midnight. Stella at the front desk was wonderful as well. The view is spectacular and the rooms are quaint. The bathrooms are small, and I got water everywhere, but daily service helped. Great location, price, and service. I highly recommend Hotel Leta.
