Nefeles Luxury Suites

The property manager was honest, communicative, and extremely nice. Even so, I feel I need to warn people who expect a certain standard. We booked three nights but left after the second, as soon as we could get a flight out. The place is very old and run down, with cracks throughout the walls. There was a hole in the wall that let large spiders into the room at night. We couldn't sleep for fear of getting bitten, and my wife was frightened all night. Hot water took 15 minutes to come through, and the pressure was so weak that a shower took a long time. The plunge pool was advertised as heated, but it wasn't heated at all during our off-season stay. Breakfast was also advertised as delivered to the room, and other guests had said the same, but we were told we couldn't have that and had to walk down six floors each day. When we politely asked for a refund for the unused third night, we were told no, though they might offer credit for a future stay. The property barely deserves two stars, let alone five. My wife was traumatized by the experience, and I'll seek a full refund through my card protection team.

Having breakfast on our private balcony was a lovely complimentary extra, and the sunset view from there was all we needed. The views were amazing, and the staff gave us helpful tips and recommendations. I'd recommend it for a few days in Santorini.

Our room was beautiful, the food was great, and the view was breathtaking, but Mike made the stay especially memorable. My fiance proposed while we were there, and when we couldn't find a photographer, Mike went out of his way to take some quality photos of us. We're really grateful and hope to see him again. He'll do whatever he can to make your stay feel special.

We enjoyed our stay, especially having breakfast on our deck with a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea. The location was great, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and Mike and his staff were friendly and helpful.
