A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "On the Cliff" is located in Fira. This hotel is located in the very center of the city. In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Thira Archaeological Museum, Theotokopoulos Main Square and Megaro Gyzi.
Location
You can stop by the bar. Taste the local cuisine and have a rest in the restaurant. The hotel cafe is a nice place to have a snack. Free Wi-Fi is available on the territory. Ask for more information when checking in.

Room 2 had just enough room for our family of four, with a sofa bed for the kids, and we enjoyed our three nights here. The daily cleaning was much appreciated, as were the generous breakfasts. They even offered us a different breakfast choice on the third day. Simona was a huge help and connected us with Ben for a flowing dress photo shoot at a great rate. We visited in March, so the weather was cooler. The outdoor tub isn’t heated, but we still used it one day and loved the sea view. Imerovigli is worth seeing for a quieter view, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The location is great for walking along the water, all the way to Oia if you’re up for a much longer stroll. A couple of things to know: the free parking is near McDonald’s, while the property is tucked behind near the water and can be hard to find. Someone will help with luggage for the roughly 3-5 minute walk. Direct parking isn’t available here, which is common for hotels in the area. To reach the entrance, go up the steps next to McDonald’s, turn right, left, then right; the restaurant is there, and the entrance is on the left. Clearer signs or directions would help, especially for people booking through third-party sites who may not get detailed arrival instructions. The body wash seemed diluted, so we didn’t use it. We loved our stay and would recommend it.

The location is convenient, and the porter was particularly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was the same each day, but it was fresh, hot, and very tasty. The room felt cramped, with little space to organize luggage or personal things. The linens were rough, and the mattress held too much heat, making sleep uncomfortable even in winter. The building could use maintenance: the breakfast room ceiling needs repair, some shower floor tiles were loose, and the bathroom lighting was dim.

Simona made my three-night April stay at On the Cliff easy from start to finish. She let me check in at 1 a.m. and arranged both my massage and airport transfer. The views and location were great, though nearby clubs can make weekends a bit noisy. Highly recommend!

The hospitality from Simona and her staff was warm and attentive from the start, and they were always ready to help. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and an immaculate bathroom stocked with amenities. Breakfast was freshly made each morning and delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini. Thanks so much, Simona, the best host in Santorini.

We tried the restaurant for a quick meal. The starters were fine, nothing special, though a Greek salad is hard to get wrong. The main dishes were awful: the pizza looked and tasted frozen, and the local dish I ordered seemed clearly microwaved. The salad also looked like it had been left out all day. I wouldn’t recommend it.
