8/10
The pool bar staff were incredibly kind to our group of 17. The service was top notch, and they even gave us shots and free dessert, plus I got a free beer. We had lunch there one day, and the club sandwich was as big as my head, definitely shareable. Pool bar service was 10/10. We stayed for two nights in early August 2025. The property is beautiful, the pool area is lovely, and some rooms have a private jacuzzi or small pool. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The door was so hard to open I worried I’d break the key, so they should upgrade to key cards. The AC didn’t get cold by American or European standards, and my room’s Do Not Disturb button didn’t work. Shower pressure was perfect, but water sprayed everywhere, so watch out for slipping. I’d very much stay again. Thank you

I expected more from “beautiful Santorini,” but ended up suffering through the stay. The location was nowhere near the main shopping area, and my room looked like something from the Flintstones: concrete floors, furniture, shower, sink, and ceiling. The towels and linens were the lowest quality imaginable, and the view was a brick wall. My AC didn’t work. I reported it, but THEY NEVER CAME to fix it. With two weeks left before closing for the season, they were draining the pools, and algae lined the walls. When I asked about an upgrade, it would have cost 80 euros more for the same room with a dirty pool. This is not a 5 star hotel!!!

We spent 5 nights here. The rooms were good, with our own pool, and the breakfast selection was excellent and hard to fault. Staff were very obliging.

Breakfast gets praise for its variety and taste, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. This is a lovely boutique-style hotel in Firostefani, a short walk from Fira. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is excellent, quiet but still close to restaurants and lively Fira.

Beautiful rooms, great vibes, island air, and super service. We enjoyed our stay to the max, and breakfast had a big variety. 10/10 for the stay and staff! Keep up the great work. The location is amazing, and we’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended ❤️❤️
