We ran into a booking mix-up that was my fault, and the staff went out of their way to help us sort it out. The rooms were simple and clean, and the service was excellent. Being right by the central bus station, with loads of cafes nearby, was so convenient. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

The bed was really comfortable, and it stayed quiet throughout our visit. The air conditioning was fantastic, and I only spotted the safe in the closet when we were checking out. The hotel is close to everything, especially the central bus station, with a cafe and bakery right next door. Wi-Fi was a little slow, though still fine for basic streaming without the picture freezing. We’ll come back.

Getting around the island was easy from here: the hotel is directly opposite Fira's main bus station, and the town centre is close too. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Such a charming place. We’d stay again and highly recommend it.

I planned my Santorini trip on the spur of the moment, so I was delighted Villa Roussa had a room for my dates. The price and location were both great, and they cleaned the room every day. Nothing seemed to be a problem for the staff, who even let me leave my bags there for a day after checkout. I was really happy with the customer service and the friendly feel of the place. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone heading to Thira.

The rooftop pool area was a real bonus. The beds were comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and despite being so close to the centre of town, it wasn’t noisy at all. Great location.
