New Hostel At Center

My money was stolen, and when I told the staff, they answered, "Why should that interest me?" It happened at their place, so of course it should matter. They were absolutely rude. The owner didn't seem to know how to manage things at either the hostel or the cafe. The place was old and filthy, and there were cockroaches everywhere. When I complained, he said he had no time to clean then and would come later. He finally showed up after three days, just as I was about to leave. In the bathroom, I stepped on a hollow floor tile and my foot went into a hole. Unbelievable.
