The beach and pool were peaceful, clean, comfortable and never crowded, so it was easy to switch off. I also enjoyed the complimentary daily classes, including Yoga, TRX and HIIT. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, especially at MENOA Restaurant, where booking ahead is a good idea. At NUMO Ierapetra Beach Resort I had a stylish, spotless room with a nice little terrace. The welcome at check-in was warm, and the service stayed friendly and attentive throughout. It’s a calm place with modern design and a private beach, and one of the most restful vacations I’ve had.

The two pools had different moods, one tucked away for quiet, the other with music and a bar, and both had plenty of space and comfy sunbeds. The beach just in front also felt peaceful, almost private. The rooms are lovely, modern and cozy, in earthy colors that fit the surroundings. Breakfast and dinner were carefully made and tasted great, and the cocktails were amazing. What I liked most was how easy it felt to slow down here. There’s a natural, understated sense of luxury, and the whole resort is calm and elegant. The staff were warm and attentive without being stiff, from reception to the waiters and bartenders, who remembered our preferences. It really felt like they cared. Already thinking about another visit. Highly recommended for a stylish, peaceful Crete escape.

Dinner was tasty and fresh every evening, with lots of variety on the half-board plan. We also enjoyed the tennis court and gym, and the main pool had a lovely sea view with chilled house music from the resident DJ. What made the stay at Numo feel so good was the team. Everyone made us feel welcome right away, from the security lady and the person handling the bags to reception and the guest experience staff. They all helped us feel comfortable and relaxed. We’d come back, and that says a lot. Thanks to everyone who made the stay flawless!

The open-air movie nights were a lovely surprise and a memorable part of our stay. We also appreciated the bar bringing drinks right to the sunbeds. Food was excellent, and the service felt genuinely caring, with staff staying attentive and proactive throughout. Alina, the front-desk manager, was especially friendly and welcoming at check-in. Numo Ierapetra Beach Resort is a great choice for a quiet break. The grounds are beautifully kept, the beach is clean, and the sea is just steps away. Our stylish, comfortable room was spotless. Highly recommend it for comfort, tranquility and warm service.
