Aeolos Art and Eco Suites - Adults Only

The hotel’s view is great, but staying there was awful. We were first given a larger room with a balcony as an upgrade. It had no shower, only a Jacuzzi tub, and when we turned on the jets, black gunk came out. The tub was stained, and the room was infested with ants. Staff said they would spray, but the ants remained, so we demanded another room. They said the only option was to downgrade us. The new room was a windowless cave, and still had only a Jacuzzi, no shower. The linens and towels were stained, including a really gross red mark on the pillow. There were no ants, but the air conditioner kept leaking, so we had to turn it off. In the morning, none of the faucets worked and there was no running water.

Our stay in the ikaros suite was amazing, and I had the best time. Alex was very helpful and the place was kept really clean. I know some people mention there’s no stand-alone shower, but the description clearly says it’s a bath with a shower attachment. It felt truly magical, and I’d highly recommend it.

We were impressed by the hospitality, especially when we asked the staff to decorate the room for my husband's birthday. Our honeymoon suit was private and had a lovely view, with a spacious living room, two jacuzzis in two baths, and two good-sized bedrooms. It was cozy as well as roomy. The location is excellent, with amazing views right outside and a private outdoor jacuzzi to enjoy if you book a suite. Service was excellent and breakfast very good. We went in the first week of October, when the weather was just right, neither too hot nor too cold, and the prices were good.

The view was breathtaking, and hosts Alex and Constantino gave us exceptional service that made the stay unforgettable. Some people complain about there being no shower, but for me the jet tub more than made up for it. I had a fantastic, relaxing stay at the suites and highly recommend them.
